No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that using our tools will result in a winning tender bid.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bid submissions and ensuring all compliance documents are valid and correctly submitted.

3. Beta Usage (Founder’s Program)

If you are accessing the Beta version of Tender Aid:

• You acknowledge that the software may contain bugs or errors.
• You agree to provide feedback to help improve the service.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tender Aid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or tender opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. 

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
