Upon Request Access to these records is subject to the grounds of refusal set out in the Act (e.g., protecting commercial information of third parties).

• Employee Records: Employment contracts, payroll records.

5. How to Request Access

To request access to a record, please:

1. Complete the prescribed “Form 2” (available on the Information Regulator’s website – inforegulator.org.za)
2. Submit the form to our Information Officer at support@tenderaid.co.za.
3. Pay the prescribed request fee.
